Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Sales are only offered to shipping locations in the 50 US States.  Free shipping is available for products under 70lbs to all 50 states.  Products over 70lbs do not offer a free shipping option.  Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days. Packages over $500 in value will be sent signature required.  

Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. To ensure any issues can be resolved quickly, we ask that you inspect your package and its contents promptly upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and retain all original packaging so that a claim may be filed with the carrier if required.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges on eligible items within 15 days of purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

At this time, we do not offer refunds.  Product may be exchanged for credit towards future orders.  All exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Exchange credit applies to the merchandise value only and does not include shipping or insurance charges.  If free shipping was provided the cost of shipping and insurance will be deducted based on actual cost from the shipping carrier.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Returned items must be carefully packaged and arrive back to us in the same condition as when received. Once the item is returned and inspected, a merchandise credit will be issued toward an exchange of your choice.

Errors and Unforeseen Issues

We make every effort to ensure that product information, pricing, and availability are accurate. In the rare event of an error, technical issue, or unforeseen circumstance, we reserve the right to correct the issue or cancel an order if necessary. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund for any amounts charged.

For security and fraud prevention purposes, we may occasionally request additional information to verify an order, particularly for higher-value purchases.
